Leading in Integrative Learning

STEM Exploration event at Central CollegeThis past July, a seven-member team from Central explored how to help students better integrate everything they’re learning in their classes, their co-curricular activities and in their service, work and life experiences. The team was invited to attend the American Association of Colleges and University Institute on Integrative Learning and Signature Work at Boston University. At the institute, Central’s team explored “signature work:” capstone projects that integrate and apply student learning to complex problems and to projects that are important to both the student and society.
